We specialize in

WATER
DAMAGE RESTORATION

Water mitigation is the process of properly cleaning, sanitizing, drying, repairing, and restoring a property to its pre-water damage condition.

WHAT WE DO

  • We leave our customers high and dry, but in a good way!

  • We specialize in advanced structural drying.

  • We deploy specialty equipment and employ drying techniques per the Standard of Care¹

Extract

This is the most efficient way to decrease the amount of moisture wihin a structure by applying negative pressure to a material (ie. vacuum, suction)

Evaporate

This process allows moisture to exit affected materials. Using the science of convection, we have the right equipment to accelerate the process.

Dehumidify

Removing moisture from the air helps create a balanced drying system and also accelerates evaporation and thus speeds up drying time.

PRE-Inspections

Our comprehensive FREE water damage inspections allow us to gain valuable insight to locate unwanted moisture. Moisture left unattended can lead to secondary damages, such as mold, that can cause negative health affects to the occupants.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging cameras can be used to locate and illustrate water flow patterns, and also assists in thorough documentation of affected areas and visualizing water migration. Infrared technology will show surface temperature variations commonly associated with moisture, but always verified by a moisture meter.

Moisture Probing

To determine the amount of moisture absorbed into structural materials, we use penetrating and non-penetrative meters that are used to validate levels of moisture. Throughout the drying process we use these tools to establish drying goals and to confirm when those goals are met.

Comprehensive Assessment

Our experts have extensive experience to provide you the right guidance in understanding a potential concern. You will be informed on what the extent of any potential problems. Our goal is to educate our clients on future pitfalls if a concern is left unattended. We will only recommend what is absolutely necessary and also what options you have.

Mold Facts

Mold produce tiny spores to reproduce. Mold spores waft through indoor and outdoor air continually. When mold spores land on a damp spot indoors, they may begin growing and digesting whatever they are growing on in order to survive. There are molds that can grow on wood, paper, carpet and foods. When excessive moisture and water accumulates indoors, mold growth will often occur, particularly if the moisture problem remains undiscovered or unaddressed. There is no practical way to eliminate all mold and mold spores in the indoor environment; the way to control indoor mold growth is to control moisture.
